Safe Spaces for Black Women™ is a movement to provide an environment for Black women that will enrich and uplift the culture. This space is judgment and harm-free and provides Black women with education and luxury in one place.

"Black women need a space to get together, let our hair down, take our shoes off and talk about us...UNFILTERED!! We NEED this!!"

- Cherica Juena

Hi, Sis, I’m Alicia Nicole!

My vision for Safe Spaces for Black Women™ is a game-changer. It's not just about safety; it's about luxury, joy, and sisterhood. In my hands, these spaces become vibrant communities where Black women can thrive and find the support they deserve. When I speak about Safe Spaces for Black Women™ in "mixed company, " my passion for this cause is palpable and resonates deeply with my audience.

Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, Alicia knows the importance of giving back to her community. She now resides in the suburbs of Los Angeles County with her husband of 22 years and their three amazing daughters. Her dedication to her family is matched only by her commitment to making the world a better place.

Educating and supporting Black women is essential to me. I earned a master’s degree in social work from California State University Dominguez Hills with an emphasis in Critical Race Theory. I also earned my master’s degree in public from the University of California, Los Angeles, and am a Proud Bruin!

Sis, I look forward to you joining my Elevate Ease Collective!
